Aqvita’s mission is to wean one million consumers off bottled mineral water in 5 years. Why? Mineral waters are great products, highly valued by consumers. Make tap water much more desirable than bottled mineral water. Aqvita’s has invented technologies that help consumers make mineral water in seconds where nature makes it in years. Our products and services help consumers take control of the water they drink at home and work.

Belgium per capita bottled water consumption (150 l/year) is one of the highest in Europe. Belgian’s thirst for mineral water, together with the European ban on single use plastics is aggravating the pain of Belgian consumers and driving demand for Aqvita’s products. Aqvita believes that Co.Food can provide a fertile environment for collaboration that addresses shifting market trends.

Chalo is a Funky Feel Good Food clean label love brand with a mission to lower the threshold for better healthier food by inspiring her community with products and ingredients from other climates and cultures in a not smart-assy vegan way. It’s our purpose to work in a natural, fair and sustainable short circuit way with a focus on the authenticity and the story behind the products. We founded our brand in 2015 and have broad range of black tea based drinks, healthier sweet and savory snacking based on seeds, dried fruits and pulses and we launched a range of organic gamechangers during the first lock down that our sister company Beanworks Seeds and Grains directly import in origin locally as well from origin globally.

Good nutrition starts with good information, and it’s not always easy, especially since we don’t all have the same needs. The INNIT Platform integrates into our partner’s solutions offering personalized scores, meal planning, and one-click shopping lists while facilitating preparation and cooking. INNIT has been operating in the US, in 2020 it began offering its services in France, and in 2021 it will expand to other countries in Europe. Manufast, an adapted work company (employing people with disabilities) from Brussels, decided to use their experience in e-picking to develop opportunities in the area of ​​sustainable food and is now launching Sociaago, a cooperative with a social purpose. We have been actively participating to the ECLER program sponsored by the French Ecological Transformation Ministry and the local agency for energy (ADEME). The objectives are to reduce the gasoil consumption while delivering food products under controlled temperature. Moreover, we recently developed a new offer called “Infinite” to optimize truck fleets in terms of km, gasoil, geolocation/geofencing, real time & in context tracking while “green zones” in cities are constantly progressing. Because of these 2 experiences plus our willingness to share information and show transparency to the final customer, we think we can positively collaborate & impact the co.food program.
